The Center of Educational Studies and Researches

The Center of Educational Studies and Researches affiliated with the Seminary (Theological Center) of Qom was established with the intention of answering the religious scholarly questions raised by people, meeting religious cultural needs of various people and explaining and promoting the rich Islamic culture with the help of religious experts working in the Seminary. The responsibilities this center has are as follows:

1. Answering religious questions by competent religious scholars and authorities in various fields such as the Qur'anic studies, theology, comparative religions, jurisprudence, politics, law of education, history and biographical studies (studies on the Prophet and Imams'[the Infallibles'] life-styles).

2. Holding scholarly meetings and seminars in which lectures are delivered; sessions under the title of " the Society of Religious Discourse" are organized where the questions raised by participants in the realms of religious thought are answered; both the religio us scholars of the Seminary and the professors of the universities take part in what it is called "the Society of Religious Discourse" in one of the well-known schools called "Feiziyyeh".

3. Establishing circles of critics.

5. Publishing a magazine entitled "Sab?h" which is the very first specialized magazine which answers the religious questions raised by various groups of people.

6. Providing people with the computerized programs( software).

7. Printing and publishing various religious and cultural works. The following are worth mentioning:
